- 1 Cup Tahini
- 1-2 Lemons juiced
- 2-3 Garlic cloves crushed
- 1/2 tsp. Paprika
- 2 Tbsp. Flat leafed parsley finely chopped
With tahini in a bowl, very gradually beat in lemon juice and enough water, about 3/4 cups to make a pale, thick cream.
Keep beating until it blends into a thinish cream. Add garlic and salt. Garnish with paprika and parsley.
