An Italian style pie often described as large ravioli that are baked or fried.
Buricche - Italian Pies
- 1 Cup Olive oil
- 3/4 Cup Warm water
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 4 Cups Flour
Mix oil with water and salt. Add enough flour to make soft dough. Knead very well and divide into thirds.
Roll out as thin as possible.
Fill with filling of choice and bake in 350°F (180°C) for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
