We were skeptical when we saw this. The egg white addition made the final texture VERY pleasant. Great dessert or palate cleanser. Lemon Water Ice Or Sorbet Refreshing and a great palate cleanser between courses. 1 1/4 cups Sugar2 cups Water2/3 cup Lemon or Lime Juice Boil sugar and water for 5mins or until sugar is dissolved.Let cool and stir in juice of choice.Pour into a ice cube tray and freeze, covered.Take frozen cubes and blend in food processor to a fine slush.Pour into ...
