- 1 lb. Dried apricots
- 1/2 Cup pistachios coarsely chopped
- Confectioners' sugar
- Whole pistachoes to decorate
Blend apricots in a food processort into smooth paste, adding very little water.
Work the chopped pistachios in with hands.
Wash your hands. Keep hands wet to make little lumps of paste and roll into marble-sized balls.
Roll them in confectioners' sugar and press half a pistachio on top of each one.
