Spaghetti Squash Jam

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Spaghetti squash
- 1/2-1 Tbsp. Orange blossom water per 500 grams of spaghetti squash
- 1-2 lb. Sugar
Instructions

Peel and remove seeds and stringy bits. Weigh remaining parts.

Shred or grate and add sugar either 0.5:1 or 1:1 and mix well.

Place in pan and cook for 10 minutes, or until very soft. Add 1/2 – 1 tablespoon of orange blossom water per 500 grams of squash.

Serve with kaimak, heavy cream, or marscarpone.
