- 12 oz. Butter softened
- 1 Cup Superfine sugar
- 3 1/3 Cups Flour
- Confectioners' sugar to dust
Cream butter with sugar in food processor.
Add flour and process until blended to a soft dough.
Roll into walnut sized balls and flatten slightly
Arrange on eax or baking paper on a baking sheet sbout 1 inch apart.
Bake in preheated 325°F (160°C) for about 25 minutes. They should still be white and very soft. Once cool, they will firm up.
Remove once hardened and dredge with confectioners' sugar.
