A refreshing amuse bouche or dessert to end a heavy meal.
Granita au Melon - Melon Granita
- 5 lbs. Melon ripe
- 1 Lemon juiced
- 3/4 Cup Sugar to taste
- 1/2 - 1 Tbls. Orange blossom or rose water
Cut, peel, and deseed melons. Put in food processor with rest of ingredients and blend into a pulp. Freeze in small batches and when ready, reblend before serving into soft, frothy slush.
