Pistachio or Almond Sweets
- 2 1/3 Cups Shelled unsalted pistachios or almonds
- 1 Cup Superfine sugar
- 1 - 2 Tbsp. Orange blossom water
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Egg yolks
Grind nut of choice in food processor. Add rest of ingredients and blend well.
Drop heaping tablespoon into little paper cases and bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for 25-30 minutes or until slightly firm.
