- 4 Cups Ground almonds
- 2/3 - 1 Cup Superfine sugar
- 2-3 Drops Almond extract
- 2 Tbsp. Rose water
- 2 Eggs lightly beaten
- Confectioners' sugar to sprinkle
Mix ground almonds and sugar. Add extract, rose water, eggs, and work into a smooth paste with your hands.
Rolle into walnut sized balls, flatten slightly, and place on greaseproof or parchment paper on a baking sheet.
Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) for 25 minutes. Let cool before dusting with confectioners' sugar.
