
Piedmontese Haroset
Chestnut based dessert.

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. Chestnuts cooked
- 2/3 Cup Almonds blanched
- 2 Egg yolks hard boiled
- 1 Orange zested
- 1 Orange juiced
- 3/4 Cup Sweet red kosher wine
- 1/3 Cup Sugar
Instructions

Boil chestnuts for a couple of minutes and drain.

Grind almonds in food processor. Add the rest of the ingredients including chestnuts and blend to a paste.
