
Fish Curry

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Dried coconut
- 1/2 Cup Coconut milk
- 2 Cups Coriander
- 1-2 Green chilies cut open and seeded
- 1 tsp. Cumin
- 6-7 Garlic cloves crushed
- 3 Tbsp. Oil
- 1/2 tsp. Turmeric
- 1/2 Lime or lemon
- 1 1/2 lbs. White-fish fillet
- Salt
Instructions

Blend coconut, coconut milk, coriander, chilies, and cumin into a paste.

Fry garlic quickly in oil, add turmeric and the blended coconut paste and stir for a few minutes.

Add 2 cups of water, lime, and salt. Bring to boil and place fish in pan. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Serve hot with rice.
