A very rich and creamy fish salad.
Mechouia - Grilled Salad
- 2 Bell peppers
- 3 Tomatoes
- 7 oz. Canned tuna drained
- 2 Eggs hard boiled and quarted
- 4-5 Tbls. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Lemon juiced
- Salt and pepper
Roast/broil tomatoes and pepper until skins are blackened. Remove skins and pepper seeds and cut peppers into ribbons and tomatoes into quarters
Arange on plate and dress with oil, lemon, salt and pepper on top.
