Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Spaghetti squash
  • 1/2-1 Tbsp. Orange blossom water per 500 grams of spaghetti squash
  • 1-2 lb. Sugar

Instructions

  1. Peel and remove seeds and stringy bits. Weigh remaining parts.

  2. Shred or grate and add sugar either 0.5:1 or 1:1 and mix well.

  3. Place in pan and cook for 10 minutes, or until very soft. Add 1/2 - 1 tablespoon of orange blossom water per 500 grams of squash.

  4. Serve with kaimak, heavy cream, or marscarpone.
